Information We Collect

We only collect information you give us, plus basic technical data that every website receives.

• Contact and enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number and the message you send us through a form on this site.
• Appointment details — the service you book, the date and time, and any notes you provide. Appointments are handled by our booking provider, not stored on this website.
• Health and skin information — before a permanent makeup, skin or removal treatment we ask about allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy and previous procedures, because these affect whether a treatment is safe for you. This is collected and kept on our intake and consent forms, not on this website.
• Training program information — for Academy enrolment, your preferred start dates, your experience level and your California licence status where relevant.
• Payment information — deposits and payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, collected automatically for security and website statistics.

How We Use Your Information

• To answer your enquiry and confirm, reschedule or remind you of an appointment.
• To decide whether a treatment is appropriate and safe for you, and to plan your aftercare.
• To process deposits, payments and refunds.
• To manage Academy enrolment, class scheduling and post-graduation mentor support.
• To send you offers and studio news — only if you have asked to receive them.
• To keep the website secure and to understand which pages people find useful.

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for analytics and advertising measurement. We do not sell your personal information.

Photographs and Before-and-After Images

We photograph treatment results for your own record and to track healing. We only publish a photograph of you — on this website, on social media, or in training material — if you have given us written permission on your consent form. You may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using the image going forward.

Text Messages and Email

We use text messages and email for appointment confirmations, reminders and aftercare instructions. If you have opted in to marketing messages, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment-related messages.

Cookies and Website Analytics

This site uses cookies to keep the site working correctly and to measure how it is used. Analytics tell us things like how many people visited a page and which device they used — not who they are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Who We Share Information With

We share only what is needed, only with the service providers that run parts of our business, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Square — online booking, appointment records and in-studio payments.
• PayPal — Academy deposits.
• Kajabi — online course enrolment, course access and course-related email.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage statistics.
• SiteGround — website hosting.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a client, a student or our staff.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Enquiries that do not become appointments are kept for up to two years. Client consent forms, intake records and treatment notes are kept for as long as California law requires us to retain them, and no longer than necessary after that. Payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you live in California, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your personal information, except records we are legally required to keep.
• Confirm that we have not sold or shared your personal information — we have not.

Email info@creationbrows.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children’s Privacy

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. Minors may only receive services with a parent or guardian present and consenting, where the treatment is permitted by California law.

Data Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Paper consent forms are stored in the studio and are not accessible to the public. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
